At the end of August, a new international conference on sustainability and digitalization was held at the FHNW School of Engineering. Nearly 80 experts from research, the public sector, and the private sector took part and addressed the question of how the two areas of sustainability and digitalization can be linked. At the end of the conference, young Swiss companies were given the opportunity to present their innovative solutions in a pitch competition. The pitches were evaluated by experts from the fields of sustainability, economics, and digitalization.
