The CLEMAP Energy Monitor as a temporary or fixed installation takes over the power monitoring completely or for important processes in submetering.
The energy measuring device CLEMAP Energy Monitor already gives information about its purpose through its name. The sensor monitors, registers and visualises the power consumption of your SME processes. Thanks to the high clock rate, analysis methods such as load breakdown algorithms provide additional details of the power consumption. Due to its small size (105x86x59 mm) and folding transducers, it is installed directly in the control cabinet or distribution box, where it functions as a decentralised measuring point.
The visualisation of the measured energy data takes place via our intuitive energy portal CLEMAP Floem. As a buyer of the Energy Monitor, you receive the necessary access free of charge. With an existing internet connection, which you can establish via WLAN or a LAN cable, Floem always shows you the latest data. Thanks to the sophisticated algorithms with which the energy meter is equipped, the measured data is transferred to our energy portals in real time and presented to you without delay.
The CLEMAP Energy Monitor measures the energy data at a frequency of less than 1 second and a nominal voltage of 230 V / 400 V. The power consumption is less than 3 W. With the help of a magnetic current transformer, the sensor is able to measure currents of up to 400 amperes per phase. To protect your data from hackers, it is sent via wireless WEP, WPA and WPA2.
