Do I absolutely need a paid license?

No. With Floem STANDARD, you already have access to status and consumption data for all charging points. Additional license models are available for advanced features such as reports, error notifications, or API access.

Can I use Floem without the internet?

CLEMAP Load Management can also be operated locally, with limited functionality and without an internet connection. However, the full potential of CLEMAP Load Management and the Energy Monitor can be realized via the CLEMAP Floem online portal. This requires an internet connection.

Is the cloud secure?

Yes, data transmission is encrypted (TLS/SSL), and server locations in Switzerland and the EU meet the highest security standards.

Why do I need Floem if I already have an energy monitor or load management system?

Floem is the central dashboard that brings together all data from monitors, charging points, and storage devices—for overview, control, and evaluation.

Access to CLEMAP Floem STANDARD is automatically included with every CLEMAP device.

What data does Floem display?

Energy flows (e.g., solar, grid, storage), consumption, charging processes, costs, tariffs, and historical trends.

Where does the name Floem come from?

The name phloem comes from the Italian word floema. In plants, phloem is a vascular tissue that transports sugar and nutrients from the leaves to all parts of the plant. Our dashboard works in a similar way: it collects energy and charging data and directs the information to where it is needed—to operators, technicians, and decision-makers.
