This identifies for which part of the electricity consumption the respective device category is responsible and thus forms the basis for cost-cutting measures.
The intelligent algorithms use NILM technology (NILM = Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring) to scan the loads connected to the electrical grid and register fluctuations in the grid when devices are switched on and off. Each device has a unique digital fingerprint, which is recorded by the CLEMAP algorithms. This identifies which appliance is currently in use and which is switched off or on stand-by. These insights are then made available to your tenants via the CLEMAP app .
